Court Member Costs

The cost to participate on the 2025 Court is as follows:

Maid (A young lady age 16 to 21) - $1000 (includes Ball, Ride and an opportunity to be chosen as Queen)
Junior Maid (A young lady age 12 to 15) - $600 (includes Ball & Ride)
Lady in Waiting (A young lady age 7 to 11) - $600 (includes Ball & Ride)
Page (A young gentleman age 7 to 11) - $600 (includes Ball & Ride)

There are a limited number of positions available on the Court so applications will only be accepted until all vacancies are filled.

**NOTE** Each application submitted will be evaluated by the Court Committee. Once a decision has been made, the applicant will be notified of the outcome.

The following are the contracts for applying to be a 2025 Krewe of Okeanos Court Member. Click on the appropriate link below and fill out the form in order apply for participation. All fields on the form are required.

On the Non-Member Information form:

1. DO NOT CLICK on the MEMBER? Log In First button
2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name and email address only!!
3. All other information will be requested on the next form once you click Save.

On the Contract Form:

The top of the form contains an "I Agree" checkbox. Please read the contract and check the box to indicate that you accept the terms and conditions as defined in the associated contract.

Please note: Each Court member type has age and/or gender requirements which are defined in each contract.

Applicant Evaluation

Each application submitted will be evaluated by the Court Committee. Once a decision has been made, the applicant will be notified of the outcome.

If the applicant is approved, the Webmasters will:

» Create a member account for the applicant on the website.
» Register the applicant for the Court Event.
» Send an email to the submitter/guardian which includes:

» Notification that the applicant has been approved.
» Applicant's logon credentials.
» Court membership payment options.

Pay Assessment Minimum or Full Payment

In order to secure court membership, the applicant must pay either the full payment or the minimum payment defined in the contract and the balance due by October 1, 2024.
